My friend Rolf Goetz has translated my Impact Estimation table into German and made it available on his web site. Rolf is a “Requirements Engineer” and runs a great blog called Clear Conceptual Thinking. He’s also got some of best presentations I’ve seen, they always bring a smile to my face.
